Chris Pizzi
is a five-time Emmy Award-winning director, producer, writer and showrunner known for creating and producing premium sports, comedy and entertainment programming across television, streaming and live events.
Pizzi has served as Executive Producer, Showrunner and Director on projects for major studios and networks including Sony, Discovery, Amazon Prime Video, FOX Sports and WB Discovery. His work spans hit unscripted series, live television and large-scale event productions including the Super Bowl and the Oscars.
Chris served as Executive Producer and Director on Rob Riggle’s Ski Master Academy for Sony and Rob Riggle: Global Investigator for Discovery. Earlier in his career he helped shape FOX Sports’ flagship FOX NFL Sunday, producing the show and directing branded content and comedy segments including the fan-favorite Riggle’s Picks.
Pizzi has produced projects featuring some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment including Bill Murray, Adam Sandler, Conan O’Brien, Kevin Hart, Kristen Bell, Michael Strahan, Ken Jeong, Rashida Jones, Anthony Anderson, David Beckham, Marshawn Lynch and the Manning brothers.
His television credits also include producing Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party, serving as Co-Executive Producer on Shaquille O’Neal’s doc-series Shaq Life, and Showrunning Prime Video’s The NFL Pile On hosted by SNL alum Taran Killam.
Pizzi was also the lead producer for Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football alternate broadcast featuring YouTube sensation Dude Perfect, earning an Emmy Award for the groundbreaking first season.
In 2026, Pizzi joined ESPN’s Sports Jeopardy! revival as Supervising Producer, helping shape the editorial voice, sports question strategy and overall game flow for the iconic franchise.
That same year he founded Easy Pizzi Holdings, a company focused on building and scaling founder-led ventures across media, consumer brands and essential services, including Easy Pizzi Creative Studios.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pizzi lives in Los Angeles as close to the beach as possible.
